The VCAB0087-0563-00A shaft-type linear voice coil motor from SUPT adopts a moving-coilactuation mechanism combined with a precision-guided shaft and linear bearings, offering excellentstability within a compact structure. lts high-flux permanent magnet assembly creates a strongmagnetic field, enabling the lightweight moving coil to produce highly responsive and linear forceoutput with minimal inertia. This design allows the actuator to maintain outstanding dynamicbehavior during rapid acceleration, deceleration, and frequent reciprocating motion.
The Linear Voice Coil Motor, with its frictionless drive, high-frequency response, nanometer-level displacement resolution, and highly linear motion output, has become an essential actuator in modern medical scanning equipment. It is widely used in blood analyzers, CT auxiliary positioning units, confocal scanners, endoscope autofocus modules, and ultrasound probe scanning mechanisms, enabling fast, silent, contact-free, and highly repeatable micro-positioning performance.
